CINC leads in a Google Sheet tab, one row per lead, with a column of your own left alone. Example data.

A CINC integration from SyncYak copies every lead in your CINC account into a Google Sheet you share with SyncYak, or into a Postgres or MySQL database you own, and keeps it current on your plan’s schedule. In a sheet, each object gets a tab and each lead a row, updated in place by its CINC id; in a database, each lead is a row in to_syncyak_<name>_people with a typed _flat view for SQL.

CINC connects with OAuth, by signing in at CINC. CINC lead emails can also be parsed with SyncYak Parse’s CINC template. CINC syncs one way: SyncYak reads from CINC into your sheet or database. Writing values back is available for Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel and Cloze.

How it works

Connect CINC in three steps

  1. Share a Google Sheet

Share a spreadsheet with SyncYak’s address as an editor and paste its link. No database needed; Postgres or MySQL work too.

  2. Connect CINC

Sign in at CINC with your site id; SyncYak never sees your password. Name the connection and choose what to sync; people sync by default.

  3. Watch the rows arrive

One row per lead, updated in place by its CRM id at your plan’s pace. Add your own columns; SyncYak never writes them.

Sync CINC to Google Sheets or SQL

Every plan syncs every lead; the plan sets how many are written per batch and how often. In a Google Sheet, the People tab starts with id, Name, First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Stage, Source, Assigned to, Tags, Address, Created and Updated, then a column for every other field; a lead deleted in the CRM gets the time in _deleted, and rows are never reordered or removed.

Prefer SQL? Choose a Postgres or MySQL database instead and get a to_syncyak_<name>_people table with the record as JSON and a typed _flat view. Unchanged records are never written twice, in either destination.

  • A Google Sheet on every plan, no database needed
  • Your own columns in the sheet are never written
  • Signed lead.created, lead.updated and lead.deleted webhooks to your systems

Use CINC data with your other tools

With CINC leads in a Google Sheet, anyone on your team can filter, chart and share them; in SQL, a BI tool or a scoring job can read them. Values you compute can go to another CRM through field mapping where write-back is supported.

Use cases

What people do with CINC data

  • Reporting

Leads by source, stage and agent in a sheet or a BI tool, never more than one batch behind CINC.

  • Lead scoring

Score leads in a sheet or in SQL next to your other data.

  • A copy you own

Keep your lead history if you change CRMs or brokerages.

What you get with CRM sync

CRM sync copies every lead from Follow Up Boss, Lofty, BoldTrail, CINC, HighLevel, Cloze, Brivity and KW Command into a Google Sheet, on every plan with no database needed, or into a Postgres or MySQL database you own. In a sheet each object gets a tab and each lead a row, upserted by its CRM id, with deletions marked in _deleted and your own columns left alone; in a database you get a to_syncyak_<name>_people table and a _flat view with one typed column per field. Notes, tasks, deals and other entities can sync too where the CRM offers them.

Field mapping writes values back: map columns of a Google Sheet tab, or of a from_syncyak_ table, to CRM fields, and SyncYak writes changed rows into the leads. Write-back works with Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel and Cloze; BoldTrail, CINC, Brivity and KW Command sync one way. Free syncs 100 leads every 60 minutes from 1 CRM; Hobby, $29 a month, syncs 1,000 every 30 minutes from 2 CRMs and adds field mapping and real-time CRM webhooks.

  • Every lead syncs on every plan; the plan sets the batch size and how often
  • Signed outbound webhooks: lead.created, lead.updated, lead.deleted and sync.completed
  • Invite links let whoever administers a CRM connect it without a SyncYak login
  • A request log of every pull, webhook and push, kept for your plan’s window

How does SyncYak connect to CINC?

Sign in at CINC with your site id; SyncYak never sees your password. Credentials are sealed at rest, and you can also send an invite link to whoever administers CINC so they connect it without a SyncYak login.

Can SyncYak write data back to CINC?

Not today. CINC syncs one way into your sheet or database. Write-back is available for Follow Up Boss, Lofty, HighLevel and Cloze.

Do I need a database?

No. Leads can land in a Google Sheet on every plan: share it with SyncYak’s address as an editor and paste its link. Choose Postgres or MySQL instead if you want SQL and typed views.

Is SyncYak affiliated with CINC?

No. CINC is a trademark of its owner. SyncYak connects to it through its published API.

Is there a free plan for CRM?

Yes. CRM has a free tier with no card and no end date: 1 crm, 100 leads every hour, postgres or mysql destination. Paid tiers start at $29 a month, and you can move up or down at any time.

Can I use the other SyncYak products on the same account?

Yes. Email parsing, the mailbox API, CRM sync, error tracking and tunnels share one login, one team, one API key system and one bill. Each product has its own tier, so you only pay more for the one that grows.
