Questions about plans
Can different products be on different tiers?
Yes. Each product has its own tier, and you pay the sum. CRM on Pro, Parse on Hobby and Tunnel on Free is a normal account.
What happens when I reach a limit?
We email the people who can act on it at 80% and at 100% of a monthly limit. Monthly limits allow a 10% margin; past it, new usage waits for next month unless on-demand is switched on.
Limits on things you create, such as inboxes, mailboxes or tunnels, stop you adding more. What you already have keeps working.
How does on-demand billing work?
Switch it on for a product in Billing and set a monthly cap in dollars. Usage past your plan is billed per unit at the end of the month, and never past your cap.
How does annual billing work?
You pay 10 months and get 12. Switch between monthly and annual billing in Billing at any time; the change is prorated.
Who counts as a team member?
Everyone in your account besides the owner, including pending invitations. The highest tier you hold on any product sets how many are included: 2 on Free, 5 on Hobby, 10 on Pro and 25 on Business.
Each extra member is $5 a month.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Yes: custom limits, volume pricing and invoicing for a product, arranged with our team. Start on any tier and write to us; your data and settings stay as they are when the plan changes.
How do I cancel?
Move a product to Free in Billing, or switch a free product off. Cards and invoices are managed in the Stripe customer portal, linked from Billing.
Which currency, and are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout.
